Our unique building design allows for efficient and high quality ADU construction and delivery throughout California from our factory in Oakland, CA. All models include natural and durable interior and exterior finishes and appliances, operable exterior wall panels for expandable common spaces, and voluminous interior spaces with up to 13' ceiling heights. UV resistant exterior rain screen waterproofing provides the flexibility for a range of exterior building finish options to suit every context. We are a Bay Area Oakland-based ADU builder. Whether your project is in a tight urban site, remote rural setting, or restricted by power lines and other obstructions, our unique prefabricated building product components are unique in the industry and designed to be delivered to nearly any site. Our innovative precision components are delivered to your door on a flat bed truck, fork-lifted or wheeled into place with our custom dolly system without the necessity of large cranes or unobstructed access, and erected in days, depending on the model selected.
INNOVATIVE CONSTRUCTION
Our ADU homes are designed with steel floor frames to span between simple pier foundation systems. No matter if your site is flat, or on a hillside, our system minimizes the cost and complexities of the earthwork. Continuous exterior SIPS floor, wall, and roof panels provide a superior building envelope, combining with available rooftop solar and battery backup systems to meet zero net energy equivalency. Exterior rain screen waterproofing offers a superior long-lasting product for residential construction. We partner with local community not-for-profit organizations to provide construction job skills training for local Bay Area foster and other at-risk youth.
